GOVERNANCE

MBN's governance framework brings together industry leadership, strategic advisory and secretariat support to guide the Network's direction and operations

MBN operates as an industry-led platform supported by a structured governance framework that promotes effective leadership, strategic alignment and coordinated implementation in support of its objectives and the broader MIFC agenda. The governance framework comprises the MIFC Advisory Panel (MAP), Founding Members, the Executive Committee (EXCO) and the Secretariat, each with distinct roles in supporting the Network's direction and operations.

Together, these governance components provide strategic guidance, industry leadership and operational support to strengthen collaboration across the Islamic finance ecosystem while ensuring MBN remains responsive to evolving industry priorities and opportunities.
