The MIFC Business Network (MBN) represents the next phase of Malaysia’s Islamic finance development under the Malaysia International Islamic Financial Centre (MIFC) initiative.

It reflects the evolution of the MIFC platform, from a regulator-led model under Bank Negara Malaysia, to the establishment of the MIFC Leadership Council (MLC) and now towards a more coordinated, industry-driven network that emphasises collaboration, alignment, and practical outcomes.

MBN brings together stakeholders across the Islamic finance and Shariah-aligned business ecosystem, including financial institutions, takaful operators, asset managers, private markets participants, and education and research institutions, to strengthen connectivity and support the continued development of the sector.
